How to Clean & Reuse Your Candle Vessel
Once the candle has reached the end of its burn, allow the vessel and remaining wax to cool completely before cleaning.
Cleaning Steps
1. Make sure the vessel is completely cool.
2. Place the room-temperature vessel in the freezer for 1–2 hours to help the remaining wax contract.
3. Gently loosen and lift out the wax with a non-sharp utensil, then remove the wick tab.
4. Discard wax and wick debris in the trash. Never pour wax down a sink or drain.
5. Allow the vessel to return to room temperature, then wash it with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge.
6. Dry completely and inspect for cracks, chips, or other damage before reuse.
Give It a Second Life
Repurpose: Use the cleaned vessel for jewelry, keepsakes, or other small treasures.
Melt: Place Patrão Botanicals wax melts in a clean, compatible vessel and use only with an appropriate candle warmer.
Refill: Select Botanica Series vessels can be paired with compatible Patrão Botanicals candle refill inserts.
Important
Avoid boiling water and sudden temperature changes, which can damage glass. Do not place the vessel in a microwave, oven, or on a stovetop. Do not reuse a cracked or chipped vessel.

First Burn
Allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface before extinguishing. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures a consistent burn.
Trim the Wick
Keep the wick trimmed to approximately ¼ inch before each use to maintain a steady, clean flame.
Burn Time
Burn your candle for no more than 3–4 hours at a time to preserve fragrance quality and performance.
Placement
Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and away from drafts.
Discontinue Use
Stop burning when approximately ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.
Room & Linen Spray Refill System
Your Patrão Botanicals room and linen spray bottle is designed to be reused. When it is empty, refill it only with the same Patrão Botanicals fragrance.
Choose Your Refill
Choose an 8 oz or 16 oz refill. First-time customers may select a starter kit that includes a reusable mini funnel. If you already have a funnel, choose the refill-only option.
How to Refill Your Bottle
1. Place the empty spray bottle on a protected, level surface.
2. Unscrew and remove the entire spray top.
3. Insert the reusable mini funnel into the bottle opening.
4. Slowly pour in the same Patrão Botanicals fragrance, leaving room for the sprayer. Do not overfill.
5. Remove the funnel, wipe away any spills, and securely replace the sprayer.
6. Wash the funnel and allow it to dry completely before storing.
Important
Refill only with the same fragrance. Do not combine fragrances, dilute the refill, or add water. For room and linen use only. Keep away from children, pets, heat, sparks, and open flame. Avoid contact with the face, eyes, and skin. Test fabrics in an inconspicuous area before use, and avoid finished wood and other delicate surfaces.
