All Patrão Botanicals products—including candles, wax melts, and room and linen sprays—are made in small batches. Slight variations in color, fragrance, and appearance may occur between batches. These variations are a natural characteristic of our small-batch process and are not considered defects.
Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the exact appearance of the item you receive.

All content on this website — including but not limited to our logo, brand name, product names,
photography, copy, and design — is the property of Patrão Botanicals, LLC and may not be

4. Candle Safety Disclaimer
Our candles are intended for use by adults only. By purchasing from Patrão Botanicals, LLC,
you acknowledge that you have read and will follow all candle safety guidelines provided with
your order. Patrão Botanicals, LLC is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from
improper use of our products.

Always:
• Burn candles within sight and never leave unattended
• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
• Trim the wick before each burn
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
• Place on a heat-safe surface

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patrão Botanicals, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total
liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any
disputes arising from these terms or your use of our site shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of New Hampshire.
